-If you are dissatisfy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will arrange for a full refund of your purchase price when we receive the returned item.
-Unfortunately, we can't refund return shipping for "buyer's remorse" (and, thanks to our loyal customers, that's never yet been an issue). We have made every effort to represent the color, content, size, quality and cut of the stone accurately in our descriptions and photographs. Please note that computer display screens vary in their ability to represent these colors accurately.
-All returns must be in original condition, we can't accept returns of items damaged during your setting and finishing processes.
